Tie-neck pleated A-line dress in navy poppy floral print

Beautifully made and vibrant pattern. There is a lot of material - likely would overwhelm a petite frame. Harvest red supersoft cardigan fits over it well and draws out the red. A great purchase for me.

I recieved so many compliments when I wore this for the first time. Its classy and feminine and the print is so pretty. I usually wear a 2 and found this dress to be a little baggy in the chest and waist but since the look is supposed to be blouse-like, I decided not to size down.
