August 7, 2019Love the dress!! Tons of compliments however had to have it taken in at the top. Purchased a size 8, however it gapped on the sides. So another $24 but I do love the dress.

Beautiful Versatile Summer Dress
August 6, 2019I don't usually leave reviews, but this dress has gotten such a bad rap I felt like I had to put in a good word for it! I absolutely adore this dress. It's a perfect summer staple piece. It was perfect for a summer wedding,, but would work just as well as a backyard bbq or at the beach. I received so many compliments and felt comfortable moving around in it all night. The neckline and the low back give it a touch of sophistication although the print makes it feel a little boho. I can see other's problems with the dress and it is definitely not for everyone. I typically wear a size 4 in J.Crew dresses but had to go all the way down to a 0 to get it to fit correctly. Since it's a forgiving dress the 0 fit but was a little snug around my ribs and there was still some extra fabric under my arms (not enough for anyone but me to really notice). I would definitely give this dress a shot if you're on the fence, but suggest sizing down at least 2 sizes.

August 5, 2019I absolutely love this dress but have to return it because it was too small for my chest size and the deep v was a little bit too revealing for my style. The fabric and print was absolutely amazing. The cotton is so soft and gorgeous that it felt like well warn in sheets. I wanted to get it in the other style with the sleeves but it was sold out in my size. Gorgeous dress I just wish it fit me better.

SO CLOSE but not quite
July 31, 2019This is a great dress. It could be dressed up or down, it is lined, it has pockets (!), it has the little bra-keep snaps, the shape is so flattering, it is PRETTY. Like, REALLY PRETTY lol. I took my normal size 0. I'm 5'7" 32D. Unfortunately, as other reviews mentioned, the bust is slightly big in an awkward way. Also, I feel like this would be best suited for those with a long torso - the waist of the dress hits me at a point lower than it should. If I wanted to keep it I would need to have it altered - have the straps shortened (never a problem for me at 5'7" ??) and extra material at sides of bust taken in. On the fence if I want to go that route or return. Hope it works for others though, as it is lovely.
