Love, but had to pay to have altered
August 7, 2019Love the dress!! Tons of compliments however had to have it taken in at the top. Purchased a size 8, however it gapped on the sides. So another $24 but I do love the dress.

Beautiful Versatile Summer Dress
August 6, 2019I don't usually leave reviews, but this dress has gotten such a bad rap I felt like I had to put in a good word for it! I absolutely adore this dress. It's a perfect summer staple piece. It was perfect for a summer wedding,, but would work just as well as a backyard bbq or at the beach. I received so many compliments and felt comfortable moving around in it all night. The neckline and the low back give it a touch of sophistication although the print makes it feel a little boho. I can see other's problems with the dress and it is definitely not for everyone. I typically wear a size 4 in J.Crew dresses but had to go all the way down to a 0 to get it to fit correctly. Since it's a forgiving dress the 0 fit but was a little snug around my ribs and there was still some extra fabric under my arms (not enough for anyone but me to really notice). I would definitely give this dress a shot if you're on the fence, but suggest sizing down at least 2 sizes.
