Tiered tank dress in stripe

I wasn't sure if I liked this at first, it's much blousier and baggier than what I usually wear. But then I wore it over my swimsuit to a pool/cocktail party and it was perfect. Very cool for hot summer days but still with enough style that it could double as a beach cover-up and casual party dress. I'm 5'5" and about 105 pounds and bought an XXS.

Ugly cut. Thick material, too long. I can not wear this.

I sized down to a small but could not have gone smaller due to the bust. It was still too big on me and I am 5’9 and 145 pounds! I bought it final sale so took it in 4” per side starting below the bust line. It still looks big, but that is the style of this dress and I will wear it because the soft cotton and loose fit is perfect for this hot, Texas weather! I just don’t expect to stop any traffic when I wear it… (J Crew: I would modify the design a little by using less material in the lower tiers and lowering the neckline just a little)

I bought this hoping it would cover my baby bump and transition into something comfortable to wear after the baby arrives. It is perfection! I love it so much. Since my bump is large at this point, the hem line is a little higher in the front. I think I maybe able to wear it backwards after baby arrives and nurse in it.

Wonderful dress, versatile, comfortable and classy. Little bit bigger cut, but with the belt it can look really pretty. I would be very happy if it had pockets. Otherwise, this is an another perfect dress by JC.

I sized down one from M to S based on the reviews and it fit perfectly. The material is soft cotton so it feels very comfortable but well made. The arm holes are well sized and placed so it’s flattering for the upper arms. I’m only 5 feet tall and the length is great for a (longish) midi dress. I like the shape because it’s not form fitting but instead more easy and whimsical, so combined with the print, it makes for a versatile but special everyday dress that will catch people’s eyes.
