Very nice linen
3 days agoVery nice dress - I call it a classy muumuu. The linen is great. I am almost 5'5 and its length is a bit too long; I picked it up on escalators. Also, the hooks running up the front would not stay closed, and I had to use pliers to clamp them down, which was a hassle.

Interesting Summer Dress
1 week agoI've come to count on a new linen maxi dress every summer from JCrew and am happy with this one. Purchased the Small Tall in Cacao. LOVE the generous length and sleeves. The hook and eye closure is interesting but a bit "edgy" for this fabric and style. I like to match my jewelry and purse hardware to the clothes and this dress limits me to white gold/silver/palladium.

June 25, 2026I loved the fit and quality of the dress. It is a heavier weight linen so ideal for spring and fall wearing. I am middle aged 5’4” 145lb and I found the size small to be a better more tailored fit than the medium.
