Fits big based on
12 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
Customers love the dress’s bright color, soft cotton poplin, and high-quality feel, and a lot of them said it’s comfortable and easy to wear. It works well for warm weather and can be dressed up or down, with many customers getting plenty of compliments. Fit-wise, several customers noted that it runs a little big, so sizing down may help if you want a less roomy look. Overall, it’s seen as a flattering, versatile midi dress that feels like a strong J.Crew pick.

HORRIBLE- DO NOT BUY ANY “final sale” items
November 7, 2023I bought 6 J. Crew dresses in 3 months. The sizes range from XXS to M, NO EXCUSE J. CREW, thanks to your disappointing INCONSISTENT SIZING. Due to the limited availability in stores, I ordered 3 dresses online- the 3rd & 4th in the pic-they are at least 2 sizes too big. Customer Service did not comment on their inconsistent sizing, but told me to refer to previous reviews. We all know sometimes there are no reviews yet; and reviews are very subjective. This orange dress is absolutely horrible-3 sizes too big, and sleeves are extremely PUFFY. The chest area was cut wrong & very ill-fitting. Do not buy any item that’s “final sale”. You will end up frustrated & wasting your money.

The Handmaid’s Tale vibes
September 1, 2023I should’ve paid attention to the reviews before I purchased it. It runs large, like very large. No style or fit. Sadly It was a final purchase. I’ll donate it. Hope someone can wear it. Not for me. The sleeves are long and balloon but the neck is large. My first purchase from J Crew that I regret. It’s in the donation bin with the tags.
