Not for larger busts...
August 3, 2023I wear a size 4 in nearly all J.Crew dresses...sometimes 2 depending on the style and have a 32DD bust. This dress just made me look enormous, not a flattering cut for larger busts. The seams on the bust create a weird illusion for me at least. The rest of the dress is just so poofy and flowy from the bust down that I did not like the look. The fabric is thick. Bought on final sale so that is a bummer but I suppose I will just wear it as a cover up.

summer elegance
July 31, 2023fitting notes: the neckline comes low on me, I pinned it shut with a pretty pin. And at 5'5", this dress is right down to the ankles. The fabric is lovely, crisp, not too thin, and of course Liberty print, so pretty. Perfect for a warm evening and I went to the grocery with a little cardi on top. the smocking keeps it from being too much of a nightgown look.

Quality Less Than Stellar
July 12, 2023I have purchased many dresses from JCrew. All of them have been of great quality except for this one. The quality is so low and the fabric is so thin. I purchased it on sale but I wouldn't pay full price. Since it was final sale, I can't return it. It will be an expensive house dress or something to wear over my swimsuit to the pool.

Perfect summer dress
July 1, 2023As someone with a larger chest I was a little bit worried about how this might fit, I am 5'4, 150 lbs, with 34 DD bra size, and I went with a size six. I absolutely love it, it fits perfectly, is not overly chesty, and looks so cute. My only issue with the dress is that is unlined, but it is not see through.

Roomy in Bust
June 27, 2023I love liberty prints and really like the pattern of this printed dress. I tried this on in my local store in my true size and it fit beautifully everywhere except the bust . I am an A cup and am pretty flat. The bust area just poofed out weird for me and there was way too much material. If I sized down then the dress would be tighter in other areas where it does not need to be. If I were a little bustier I think this may have worked but did not for my body type.
