January 23, 2023When I received these in the mail I knew immediately, before even trying them on, that they were not going to fit as I had hoped and the reviews had very convincingly guaranteed. Zipped and buttoned up, EASILY a size too big. I could easily create a 2" gap between my stomach and the button and zipper. SUPER BUMMED. I am a true size 26/2 in J.Crew everything and am skeptical when it's recommended to size down, but typically it's the right call. The coloring is excellent, so classic. The texture and feel of the denim is OG J.Crew and definitely a pair I would wear all the time. Unfortunately, this was a Final Sale purchase, which is why I have such an appreciation for the reviews of fellow shoppers, we rely on them when the risk is 'Final Sale' pricing. So contrary to prior reviews, I would highly recommend you size down. You'll still maintain the slim boyfriend look, but eliminate that awkward dirty diaper bunching and constant hiking up. Maybe I'll give the 25 a try...

December 18, 2022This is my first pair of J Crew jeans and I’m impressed! They’re really comfortable and I love the wash on them. My only complaint is the waist is a little gappy for me, but otherwise they fit really well. I can see me wearing these a lot.

October 31, 2022These pants are great except the high rise which is bearable- but not very comfortable . The denim is a great color, and they keep their shape even after wearing 4-5 times.

More of this fit, please!!
October 1, 2022I love this fit! I have the same fit in a different wash. What I find great about this fit is 1) it isn't too high waisted - it comes just to my belly button (I'm 5'6''), 2) the waist actually fits/lays flat and does not gap, and 3) there is the right amount of room in the hips/rear without, again, making the waist way too big. These jeans are not labeled as being a curvy fit but they are perfect if you need a little more room in the hips/rear, but not in the waist. I ordered my normal size (29) that I get for a straight fit. Unlike other boy fit jeans, my normal size didn't end up being huge. Please make more of this fit, including full length, please!
