Super small, but I like them!
November 14, 2022My size varies greatly with J. Crew, but my "normal" size is about 2 sizes too small. I can't return these jeans, which is a bummer because I really like them and I would just buy a bigger size. I think they're a good weight and don't feel thin or cheap.

Acid wash
November 13, 2022I'm not even sure if the photo is of the same jeans. The fit is good but the jeans have a shocking acid wash that looks nothing like the photos.

November 10, 2022I have an hourglass shape. These jeans are perfect and hug the curves as rigid jeans should. Slight flare and a very awesome dye job. Ive ordered jeans 3xs the cost of these taunted by a hip hop star that weren’t half as nice as these. The hem is absolute perfection for my 5’8” height.

Perfect jeans
November 4, 2022Exactly what I was looking for in a pair of jeans--100% cotton, higher rise, full length, not too wide and not too skinny. I'd buy more if they came in additional rinses and a straight leg version would be great as well.

Odd Coloring!
November 1, 2022I find JCrew 100% cotton "rigid" jeans to be thin and flimsy compared to other brands like Levis. This can be ok in summer or when you just want a lighter, more comfortable pair. But be aware, these are thin and flimsy. Also the Magnolia wash is a bit nuts. It's a very contrast-y and dizzy/busy looking wash similar to 80's acid wash. Looks nothing like the modeled photo, much more jarring in person. I happen to like weird jeans and these were on sale so I'm keeping them. The fit is a bit loose for my usual size and although these are labeled as high waist, I consider them mid-waist as they come a full inch below my belly button. They are sewn fairly straight up the hips to the waist so not much shape there. I wear them with oversized tops and untucked shirts to cover up the waistline for these. They don't "nip" you in at the waist at all. If you like the odd wash then these are a good, comfortable alternative style of jeans to have, not the everyday pair for me.

Ran small for me
October 18, 2022Usually 34 in j crew but this ran about 2 sizes small for me. Also hard to tell from pictures but wash is not just a faded denim it has almost a 90’s acid wash look to it that I didn’t really like.
