My favorite style Jean!
December 29, 2025True to size! 4’11, 145 lbs and took size regular 29. I would say I’m short but prefer regular sizes due to that the regular rises fit me better than the petites (as they can be shorter). I cuff the jeans when I’m wearing flat shoes and heels and looks chic, AND can wear regular length with 2+ inch heels shoes/boots. Nice to have both options as a short girl, and can always tailor if I must. Amazing jean color way wash AND super flattering! The high rise is perfect for me and I have a long torso. Classic wide leg and great for every day casual or dress up. I have in Charlotte, Resin, True Black, and Synniva washes.

Comfortable wide jeans
December 26, 2025I bought these on mega sale because I wanted something comfortable, and these fit that bill. The sizing seems to run slightly large, not surprising with J.Crew denim, but my qualm is more about how much they stretch out. I got them in 29, fit great for the first half of the first day, and then stretched out a LOT by the half day and day two of wear. Again, I wanted them to be mostly comfortable, but I wish they stretched out less so they don't look so saggy. I don't love the Synniva Wash, but they are exactly as pictured, and nice for a lighter denim. The weight on these jeans is great too.

Great style, fitting requires multiple trials
December 24, 2025I have so many of this style but none of them are consistent in fit or fabric. My black one is buttery soft and have two sizes to accommodate for size swing. The Rinse one is so rigid that I can barely even drag it my up legs. However, this one I tried in store (regular size) and ordered petite online, however, this one looks comically bulky around the waist and short by the ankle. The concept of slim wide is great, however getting to right size takes multiple iterations. I am size 6 petite in jcrew and it’s my only destination for bottoms. Slim wide is a hit and miss, I have size 27, size 28 and size 29 - so it varies by fabric and color
