April 7, 2022Okay, I read all of the reviews before purchasing this pair (Scuttle Wash) I went with a size 29 (8) exactly what everyone described of seems tight and as the day goes gets bigger is what happened for me. (Not falling off bigger, just gapping a little around the waist) I love them they are very comfy but...I thought what would the size 28 (6) be like? So, I ordered the Bouy Wash in the 28 and I love them, they start out a little tight and stretch out after a while. So, if you're looking for a little tight and then perfect size down one size, if you're looking for absolute comfort and still cute go with your regular size. For reference, I am about 5'8" and weigh 145lbs give or take each day. regular size or down sized both worked for me!

Tight in the rear, loose in the waist.
January 26, 2022I really like these jeans but in my usual j crew jeans size 27 the fit is off for me. The tightness in the butt isn’t too bad, and I really like the style and wash. So I am going to wear them and see if the butt stretches a bit. For reference, I used to have a pear shaped body but after bearing several kids I now just have a mom bod. My mom- pooch has made me much more proportional so I usually don’t have this problem with jeans anymore. The style is current but not extreme so works on me without making me look like I am trying to be a teenager. The material is nice.

January 21, 2022These run very small. I have other JCrew straight leg jeans and they fit true to size, these don’t. Size up! I’m a 25 but wish I bought a 26.

January 11, 2022Omg I just got these out of the package and I am so In love. This jeans fit me perfectly and I am so glad. I’m 5’3 1/2 and weight 146. I ordered size 27 I was going to size up but I am so glad I didn’t. Let me tell yeah they fit like a glove and I never want to take them off.

Nothing like the photos
January 2, 2022I'm glad many people love these jeans but I'm not one of them. I purchased them because I really wanted a good high rise pair of semi distressed straight leg jeans. I'm tall and thin and can wear many different fits in regards to jeans but these fit very oddly. The rise is good but the hips are big and the length isn't flattering at all. The wash isn't distressed whatsoever so to me, they look cheap, as they are 1 solid color. They're also not soft so that was a deal breaker as well. I wear a 26 or 27 depending on the fit and these run large. The 26 is BIG.
