Sooo soft but TIGHT
October 13, 2022This nightgown is very pretty but rough at first sight. Then after washing it turn out sooo soft. My only complaint is that the tie is ridiculously tight. Like for a child. I had to unstitch and take the elastic out. Then the ribbon was so short and low quality (it got damaged at first wash) that I had to replace it for another one that I bought at a fabric store. Also, the straps were to far apart that kept falling from my shoulders. I had to unstitch and stitch them closer together I could have just give it away but the fabric was so pretty that I couldn't make up my mind to it. Just wish I didn't purchase it at all like MANY of the items that I have purchased on sale in my 2 last orders. I ended up with a pile of J.Crew clothes either to fix, sell or donate. J.Crew you should post the REAL measurements of the garments like some other stores online are doing and not just the size in the tag.

September 8, 2022This pattern and linen material is gorgeous and thick. I would LOVE it in a dress. The nightgown is fine. Sort of awkwardly styled to be tight at the top and oddly short (great for me at 4 feet 11, maybe less for taller people)

Lovely
August 19, 2022Very sweet linen nightgown. Not too short and very breathable. I sized up to a L vs my normal M and I’m glad I did. I think the M would have been too night at the tie for me to be comfortable sleeping in. Overall a very nice gown and I’m pleased.

cute nightgown
August 9, 2022Right out of the box this is a big scratchy but it softens with washing. I don't like the elastic along the top but that is a personal preference- it isn't overly tight I just want maximum mumu style comfort in my sleep clothes. It is very cute.

Breezy and summer cool
July 13, 2022I love these nightgowns, I've bought two. I am HOT at night and these are just delightful and pretty. Neckline is very flattering, as well. Runs a bit big. I was worried the s/m would be too short (I am 5ft6) but it was fine. I washed on cold and line dried. No shrinkage.
