Cute pants, kind of 60s fun groovy print
November 29, 2020I got the marching top with pants. This set is the 6th set of jcrew silk print top & pant set I got in the past 2-3 years. The pants are straight cut (neither taper nor wide) and fall to just top of my foot (5’3”). I got my usually sz4. The pockets lie flat and hip/upper thighs have plenty of room. The slight loose fit is the perfect vibe for the causal/beach vacation look. Also like the drawstring to finish off the elastic waistband. Someone wrote that it’s poly, the lining is polyester but the set is made of silk, probably silk crepe de chine, a matte finish, non shiny fabric. None of the other silk pant sets I have are lined. The top of this set isn’t lined either, only the pants. My guess it’s due to the light pink of the main color. The pants drape nicely, the lining is substantial and during summer, it is too heavy. I might remove or shorten the lining. Cute abstract floral print, when not wearing set together, each goes well with white, navy, denim, gold & some pinks.

October 1, 2020I ordered a size down as suggested from other reviews, it fits great. Dont like the print and color combo on me. The material is not as comfortable as I think cuz it seems to be polyester, not silk (or maybe very little of silk?) Faded a little after washed but I prefer that way better. Over all it’s just an ok pants

NOT silk!
September 13, 2020These are a flimsy pant made with polyester. I ordered this pair because I had such a good experience with a previous similar product — a beautiful pair of true-silk pull-on pants from J Crew purchased a few months before. These are nothing like the first pair in material, construction or sizing. And they are ‘tailored’ to fit about as well as a burlap sack.

Very pretty, drape well
August 24, 2020I love this pants. The color is not too loud, the fit is relaxed and casual. I wish the leg opening was wider, but it works for me the way it is.
