Disappointing Experience with Quality Control
May 30, 2024As a long-standing customer of J.Crew, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in the quality of service. On two separate occasions, I ordered a size 0 black Cameron slim crop pant and received a navy 4P Cameron slim crop pant instead. I suspect it was the same pant, but the condition had worsened. The first time, the pant arrived with a price tag indicating it was a size 0 black, but the second time, the tag was missing, and the brand label was torn. I was shocked that they would send a pant in such condition. Where is the quality control? My attempts to address this issue through customer service via live chat were unsuccessful, as I repeatedly received the message that all agents were busy or that I had contacted them outside of operating hours. While inconsistent with the service I received previously, this has been my experience for the past two orders, indicating a troubling trend. As a loyal customer, I am troubled by these experiences and concerned about J.Crew's commitment to quality control and post-sale service. Such issues can significantly impact a company's reputation and success, and I hope that J.Crew will take immediate steps to address these issues.

Beautiful Pants
April 19, 2024These pants are lovely. Beautifully tailored and lined. I wear a size 6 in the Kate Straight leg style but ordered an 8 in the Cameron based on the reviews that said these run small. The 8 was a perfect fit! I’m so glad I got these and even got them on sale! Thank you to those who wrote detailed reviews!
