Kate straight-leg pant in gingham bi-stretch cotton blend

I adore the Kate pant. I am a true size 6 in the Kate pant. I love the gingham and paired it with Jcrew's short sleeve cropped white blouse with the rhinestones on the collar. So adorable. Classic pant.

I’m a fan of the Kate pant and I have several of them in cotton, linen and velvet. This iteration of the Kate pant seems to run large. I ordered my usual size but I’m going to have it taken in, esp. hips and waist. Other than that the dark blue gingham pattern is really nice, matches at the seams (always a mark of quality). It’s mid weight cotton so great for northern summers. Wore it on a recent trip to Copenhagen and it was just right for a cool and rainy day

The pant and suit are a JCrew staple that one can wear for seasons to come. Well constructed, as you’d expect from JCrew. I recommend sizing down, as the pants stretched in my normal size as the day went on.
