Collared cotton poplin popover

I thought this blouse would be so perky and a classic, but there was something really odd about the collar's appearance. I looked as if I were trying to do an imitation of Elvis, with collar turned up all the way in back. No matter how I adjusted it, this top just wouldn't behave so I returned it. I also thought the fit was a bit too large.

Perfect top; simple and understated. Just the way I like my shirt and tops.

Good quality fabric, and with being white it is not see through. The sleeves are just above the wrist. The shape of the shirt tapers a tad towards the hips - I was expecting it to be straight, but it still looks nice. I would buy this again.
