Buyer beware, low neck line
March 31, 2026Feel ambivalent about this top. Neckline indeed low but maybe it’s because I’m short waisted. Probably going to wear a crop cami underneath it with a strapless bra. Otherwise, I like how it draped kind of almost relax for on my body. Wouldn’t buy it full price but for half I’m keeping it. I think it will be nice with high waist pants and jeans. I have a high waist white skirt which I think will go well with this. I’m pretty happy about this item

Perfect Summer Top!
March 16, 2026This linen top is so good. The button detail is honestly the cutest and makes it feel a little more special than a basic linen shirt. The fit is perfect and really flattering without feeling tight or stiff like some linen pieces can. I’ve already gotten several compliments when wearing it. Definitely a summer staple.

Meh top bought on sale
January 31, 2026Fit is odd -- tight in the chest, loose at the armpits, very wide at the waist, and too short in the front. I bought this top in the same color as the bottoms I purchased a few months ago, and I will likely wear the two pieces together. Bought it on sale, so will keep. If I had paid full price, I would return.

Major shrinkage after washing
January 19, 2026I wore this top once and liked it a lot. The cropped fit was just right around my belly button and worked well with high waisted pants. Sadly I can never wear it again after washing it. I followed the instruction label perfectly (cold gentle, tumble dry low) and it shrunk at least 3 inches. It now hits halfway up my midriff, a completely different kind of crop top. Totally useless to me and it was final sale. Usually I like J Crew linen, but I won’t be buying it again.
