Had potential but fit is unflattering and off
June 30, 2023I don’t understand J.Crew’s obsession with cropped tops this season. They are unflattering and ill fitting. This shirt is a good 2-3 inches too short. I wanted to wear it to work but there’s about an inch of material missing around the arms. This makes it too casual and as a woman in my 40s it makes my arms and underarm area look flabby. It’s also fairly narrow with no stretch. I hate the back loop closure for the button. It’s cheap and will likely break. The pattern and material are beautiful, but the execution of this top is awful.
