Squareneck smocked cotton voile top in dot

It's hard to find nice tops when you want some coverage of your upper arms, but it's too hot, and you don't want to wear long sleeve anything. I like this one because the material is light and airy and I hate hot weather. So, I thought it was cute and not your run-of-the-mill tops. I would give it 5 except the sleeves where too long between where they start and end. They kept slipping down my shoulders. I had to take it in for alterations. to cute maybe 1/2 inch to inch.
