Scalloped tie-neck top in vintage floral

Extremely disappointed! I love J crew and always trust their sizing profile for me as a small, and it is usually correct. Quality and rating would be better if it at all fit me. This shirt is enormous and the shoulder seam is almost 4 inches from where it should be. Add the balloon sleeves and the look is clownish. If it fit, it would be cute. It's a shame they will not accept an exchange without charging $7 for return shipping when it was Jcrew's own sizing suggestion that was so far off the mark.

I received so many compliments whilst wearing this blouse I love the fact that you can either wear it with jeans or dress it up with a skirt
