Tie-back stretch cotton poplin-blend top in fête floral

This top is sized very poorly, it's nearly two sizes to snug. If it were sewn in stretchy knit cotton, it would be fine, but with no give in this woven cotton, it's a very strange fit. I usually wear a size 12 but even a 14 was snug. I purchased it in 14 anyway because it's very pretty. The sleeves are balloon type and a larger size might be too big and long.

Beautiful print but overall fit is off. I normally wear in J Crew a 6 or 8 in tops. I purchased the size 8 and it is very narrow at the bottom - too narrow for me and the open back is too low for those of us who have to wear a bra.
