Tie-front ruffle top in blue ribbon block print

I bought size xs (5’5” and 115 lbs). This blouse is tts. The length is to my hip bones. The fabric is light and has a cool touch to it. We live in Miami so this top can be worn in the autumn also. The print is very pretty and feminine. It is an upscale, modern, casual blouse.

I really like this shirt. The fabric is so soft and the pattern is adorable. I just wish it was a little longer. These boho tops are supposed to be flowy and when it sits at the waist it just looks too Small. I would recommend it for anyone with a short torso.
