Elastic waistband roll problem
20 hours agoI bought about 5 pairs of these shorts before a vacation in July 2026. I love the short but as I wore them the elastic waistband started folding and turning inside the waist casing. This was really annoying. I found myself constantly in the restroom to fix it. They really need to be stitched down- either all the way around like normal elastic waistbands or in 4 spots (sides, front center and center back) with a stitch from top of elastic to bottom sewn to the self fabric. J-Crew- you can do better here. Now I’m considering taking them to my alterations lady to do this… but I should NOT have to.

enormous and see-through
2 days agoThese run enormous and they’re see-through. I guess they could be used as a bathing suit cover-up, but you would definitely have to order at least one full size down.

3 days agoThese shorts are my go-to for hot summer days! The fit is perfectly louche, they are the right length and so comfortable! The wide waistband keeps the drape of the shorts sleek around my waist and makes these shorts so flattering!
