High-rise sailor short in multistripe

These are the absolute classic J Crew shorts I’ve bought different colours in for years. Beautifully made and structured, with the side pockets and buttons Really flattering - I bought these also in the navy and cream stripe

I was a little hesitant to buy these shorts because I wasn't sure how they would look and fit on me. Pro: High wasted shorts which I love and the material is of good quality . Con: I'm a slim 10 and these shorts do not have any stretch, which is a must for me. Also, there is no lining so it may be a bit shear for some (that's why I gave it 4 stars). I took them back but I'm going to go up one size to see if it makes a difference. Keeping my fingers crossed.
