June 10, 2020Runs a little small. Ordered my normal size 2, and they fit bit more snugly than other shorts I have from JCrew. They are stylish and fun.

May 19, 2020I really like these shorts! Fabric and embroidery is luxe and the short can be dressed down or up. The fit is spot on while not being too short (or too long) and TTS. If I had one quibble with them, it would be the buttons. They are plastic, solid white and feel a bit cheap. I hate them so much that I may replace them.

Perfect high rise short
May 18, 2020This short has a perfect, fitted high-rise waist, which is much more flattering and forgiving than low-rise. It has no gaping at the waist. Decent quality material; could be better with a higher percentage of natural (cotton) fiber to make it more breathable for hot weather. Happy to see JCrew bringing back more of the fitted, classic, preppy pieces that the brand's reputation was built on. Make more shorts like this!
