Garden short in linen

I bought two pair in White and black and I absolutely love them! They are very comfty and got for great price. The white is NOT see through if you wear a black garment underneagth as you should when you wear white. Wore the one one's for the first time yesterday with a fitted tee and sandals. I am 56 163 lbs and sz 12 were perfect. I had room but didn't look to big on me. I am pleased as always with J Crew :)

I got these in pink and they're absolutely stunning. My usual size of 000 fits well, albeit a little small. They're short (I'm 5'5") but still tasteful - even for my ripe age of 40. The material is substantial and don't wrinkle that badly. I paired them with a loose white linen shirt today and my husband's eyes lit up when he saw me - what more could I say? Just get them while they're still available. These are now my favourite shorts of all time. Will be ordering the mint as well. Thanks J Crew!!

This linen short has become my go-to summer piece. The fit is very flattering and the length is short, but not too short. Can be dressed up with heels or more casual with sandals. Love the flat classic styling in the front and appreciate the elastic in the back. Also love the deep front pockets. Very comfortable. Mine are in black so I can wear with most any top. As is typical with linen, they wrinkle easily.

I ordered these shorts at the beginning of June and wore them for one weekend before I noticed the seam right below the zipper had started to split. I returned them. The first time I wore the new pair of shorts, I pulled a loose thread on the hem of the left short and the whole hem fell out. Not wanting to go back to the J.Crew store, I repaired the hem and wore the shorts another time. This time, the hem on the right side fell out. These are cute shorts but the quality is too poor to warrant buying them.

While I LOVE the fit and style.... I did not see that they were dry clean, for shorts this is a bit Crazy. They look great on and dress up or down well. I have had several complements on them. I wish they were not dry clean. I will keep the shorts and hand wash them hope it works.

I found 1 size 0 in the mint color, decided to try on and it must a must. Very soft, easy to wear in 100 degree weather and color was pretty. Just purchased the pink!
