Collection sequin paillette midi skirt

I love this so very much, esp with the matching top. I'm 5'0 so a top and separate bottom can be more flattering than a full dress from jcrew that is does not come in petite sizing. it's gorgeous and I feel chic and elegant and effortlessly stylish in it! I'm between a size 6 and 8 and got the 6. I think the 8 would hang more elegantly on me due to my belly, but bc the top hangs above the skirt the way it does, I'm able to pull off the 6.

So I bought this with the hopes that there will be a wedding or special occasion to wear it with because it’s such a fun skirt - and almost neutral. Quality is fast fashion but style and design are good. Wish JCrew would invest in higher quality , less quantity. But, alas, capitalism 😜 Wondering if it’ll last more than one wear. Also. How does one sit in this skirt? // 5-3, 120ish. Have had two kids.

SOOOO disappointed in this skirt. I thought it was beautiful when in arrived, but the very first (and only) time I wore it, it just started falling apart. I wore it to host a dinner party for New Year's Eve -- never even left the house -- and my house is now COVERED in sequins and the skirt is a mess of loose threads and bare spots.

Just as described! Love! Color accurate to online image. Sizing was tough. I range from a size 6 to an 8 to a 10 depending on product. I am 30" waist around the smallest part of my torso, and a 40.5" around largest part of my hips. I went with a size 8 and it was perfect! I can bend, etc.

I purchased this to wear for a Christmas brunch. Before I even left for the event, I noticed a few sequins fell on the floor but I was hopeful it was an anomaly. It wasn't. When I sat I the car more fell off and that continued throughout the morning. I didn't have time to change and I was embarrassed all morning as sequins continued to fall off as I walked. I was very disappointed in the quality. By the time I returned home, sections of sequins were missing. It's such a beautiful skirt, it's a shame it's not made better.

Flattering and true to size, a great addition to your wardrobe, but the sequins could be better secured. Five of them hit the floor while trying it on, especially close to the seam near the zipper. Sadly I can’t return or exchange this sale item.
