Fell apart in 1 month
May 9, 2024This skirt appeared to be good quality but only after having it for a few weeks the entire hem on the bottom of the skirt completely came undone when I took it out of the dryer. When I contacted customer service I was told they don’t take returns on worn and washed items! Then she hung up on me! Luckily the next person was more help but said “as a one time thing” they’d credit me back for it! J. Crew’s quality needs a lot of improvement.

Beautiful skirt!
April 23, 2024I love pleated skirts but being 46, I need one that isn't a mini-skirt and this one is perfect. I love the satin look for an elevated date night vibe.
