Zipper broke
June 19, 2024I loved the look of this dress so much that I bought the cream and asked for the black for my birthday from my MIL. I got the cream first and it fit great, go to zip it up and the zipper completely got stuck at the waist seem and then as my husband tried to zip came undone under where it was already zipped (the dress fits great if anything a bit big) thinking it was a random issue and I plan to take it to the tailor. I got the black one a month later and was getting ready for a dinner and the SAME issue. I had to scramble and find a new outfit. Not sure how this happened as the dress is the right size, just the zipper is all messed up. It’s off the track and completely not wearable. Now going to pay for two dresses to be tailored.
