Shoulders have shrunk
November 22, 2015I love the 1035 jackets I bought in the past, and always wore a size 6. I recently ordered two jackets- one navy and one heather gray, and sadly the shoulders on both jackets were significantly tighter than my old jackets. There were no regular 8's available so I exchanged them for 8 Talls, thinking the shoulders would be wider and I could just take up the sleeves. I am sad to report that the shoulders were about the same. Sadly I had to return them too.

Unflattering fit
October 17, 2015The cut on this blazer is unflattering. Very boxy. I'm a small build; 5'8", 120#s, 34A. I always wear size 2 in JCrew. Not in this blazer. Way too big through the mid-section. Disappointed because the material was nice and light weight for summer. Back it goes.

September 14, 2015My suit just arrived and I am very pleased with the look, quality, and price. I got it in gray and it is well tailored and feminine. (The slacks fit well but will need to be worn with high heels or hemmed.)

All black lining, please!
September 6, 2015I purchased this blazer to replace my worn, go-to black blazer. While the style and quality of this blazer were nice, I was very disappointed to find the lining of the sleeves was a light striped fabric. I am a teacher and I often need to roll up the sleeves of my blazers. I would really appreciate a black blazer with black lining in the sleeves. The light patterned fabric makes the blazer impractical for weekly wear in my opinion. Please create a black blazer with all black lining in the 120s fabric.

great quality, runs small
July 18, 2015My favorite blazer is from JCrew, I've had it for YEARS and it's still in amazing shape and still fits wonderfully. So when I needed a new black blazer I came here first. This blazer is great quality and style, but unfortunately it runs pretty small across the shoulders and in the upper arms. I am always a size 8 and even double checked how my other blazer fits to make sure I hadn't just gained a little size in my upper arms but the circumference of the arms on this blazer are very small. I tried sizing up to a size 10 and while the shoulders fit a little better, the arms were STILL tight. Sadly, I have to return this jacket. Hopefully the fit will be adjusted in upcoming seasons!
