Extreme pilling
1 week agoGorgeous sweater when I received in the mail. However after washing, the sweater was ruined with pilling. Had to get rid of it. Luckily I had bought on sale but super disappointing!

Oddly Shaped & Not Petite Friendly
May 23, 2026Got the cobalt which looks slightly more purple in person than in ths pics but my real complaint is the extremely long arms/torso. I am 5 ft 2 inch around 145lbs & the medium is slightly slouchy with cartoonishy long arms.

May 13, 2026I received this sweater covered in hair and pills. I washed it and, while I love the feel and weight of the sweater, a fabric shaver is absolutely neccessary. JCrew's quality control was non existent in this instance
