perfect striped sweater
April 28, 2021Is this sweater oversized? Yes, go down at least 1 size. Is it the perfect weight that drapes just so and can be tucked in? Absolutely yes. Love this sweater, bought it in the navy and contemplating getting the white as well.

March 20, 2021I'm a small in J.Crew, m in Margot/Tippi, I ordered this in xsmall per reviews and it's still HUGE. I ordered the xxsmall to see if it fits any better but the sleeves are so tight (below the elbow) I'm not sure it will. The drop shoulder is also not flattering. The lines are so wonky. I'm hoping the smaller size will ensure a better look, but now I'm not so sure... this is such an odd sweater.

March 13, 2021I was so happy to see that J.Crew was selling a marinière cashmere sweater again because my husband accidentally shrunk the one I bought a few years ago. I saw the reviews that this was oversized so I bought two sizes down. It is still a shapeless mess. I love that they are now trying to unload this awful style by suggesting that you gather all the loose material and tie a knot in the back!!
