Cashmere relaxed sweatshirt in stripe

I love the cut of this sweater. I was a little nervous because it looks so cropped in the picture, but it's not as cropped on me. The cut/style remind me a lot of the Boyfriend Crew Cashmere from a few years ago (please bring that back or stock this in lots of colors!). The stripes are definitely more of a beige white than stark white, but personally I like that since it's not as harsh and a little more subtle. As the rest of jcrew cashmere the quality isn't as great or soft as it used to be, but this isn't too bad/itchy for me. It's also on the thicker side as opposed to how thin some of the other recent jcrew cashmere styles have been.

For reference I am 34D and 16th inches across the shoulders and size S was the right size with enough room but not too big and sleeves good length. Will work with high rise jeans. The cashmere is not very soft and surprisingly itchy and the cream colour is not as bright as appears on the photos ( it’s rather muted and kinda boring IRL) and I always love navy and white stripes when they are sharp and contrast. If I didn’t have to go through the trouble of expensive shipping back and restocking from Canada I would return it, but I am eating up the cost on this one and will wait next time in reviews to see what people say before spending so much on a top.
