Colors!
June 2, 2023This sweater is adorable. The colors are beautiful and you just can't help but smile wearing it. It's incredibly soft (much softer than other recent jcrew sweaters I've purchased recently), and I love the button details on the shoulders. The neck is also the perfect crew neck cut, not too loose and not too tight, doesn't feel constricting at all like some. Sleeve length is great on me, the wrists are a bit baggier than I expected but not enough to bother me. It is a bit shorter than I expected, it seems like everything I've purchased at jcrew lately has been short. It's not quite cropped, but I'm only 5'5" (with a larger chest) and it barely reaches the top of the waist of my pants. When I raise my arms it definitely shows my stomach. I love the softness and colors so much though that I have to keep it!

Update to Bold and Beautiful
May 28, 2023I re-ordered the XL. This time the sleeves fit right. The sweater fits me just like it fits the model. I’m still thinking it over, but now I think I’m keeping the smaller size (xl). Again, I’m 38ddd, 175 lbs, and 5’7”. Fits TTS. I dropped the quality a star. Maybe it’s the nature of this type of stitching, but some of the sweaters have a stitch or two where the lighter or darker color is on the wrong stripe. Also, this happens more on the seam where the arms attach to the body of the sweater. It’s a high price point for sloppy stitching. I’m likely to keep it anyway because of the fun colors. I doubt anyone will look as closely at the stitching as I did while I’m wearing it.

Bright and Beautiful
May 25, 2023I ordered xl and xxl. Xl fits. I’m 38ddd, 5’7”, 176 pounds (14). Sleeves are a little long on both sizes, but not ridiculously so. Unfortunately, the xl had some loose shoulder stitching. As it turns out, the xxl is only slightly oversized and the sleeves hit about the same (mid hand). I like it slightly oversized even though I usually don’t buy my sweaters oversized. In fact, I usually size down for a relaxed fit sweater. The stitching on the xxl is fine. I’m 95% sure that I’m keeping the xxl because I love the fit. I feel like the sweater is such a fun color combo that it begs to fit slightly big and sleeves look cute cuffed once.
