Cotton turtleneck sweater

5 stars for the substantial all cotton fabric but 3 stars for fir - sleeve length is good but slightly tight, dislike the slit at hem which makes it flare out. Would have returned if not final sale

Perfect for winter and under jackets. I own two pairs

I ended up ordering several pairs of this sweater in different colors after loving my initial purchase so much. This is a polished staple with thick, high quality fabric and a lovely drape. My usual size Small is not bulky looking as I feared it might be based on the model photos, since I am a petite, but rather its oversized cut has a straight, flattering, tunic-like drape. The only possible detractor (which isn't a dealbreaker for me, but might be for some people) is that as a 5'2 woman, the neckline is higher than shown on the models and quite stiff, so it does rub against my jawline. After a few hours of wear this can get uncomfortable and can also be problematic with makeup. The sweater is beautiful enough for me to overlook those small points.

I love this because I have a long neck and it covers it without needing scarves!
