Do they even inspect these before shipping?!!!
April 10, 2022I’m so mad this is the second cashmere sweater I’ve got from you guys and it’s so full of holes, I can’t even repair, or get a new one since it’s sold out. And the description was so misleading, since it cannot be reversible. I’m too scared to rip off the tag! I washed this BY HAND, with baby detergent! And it still has holes it it! I do not have moths either, so tell me why this keep happening with your products?!!! I got another one that has 6 holes it it as well! I’ve never even worn the thing either. Tags still attached. You guys need to INSPECT what you ship out to us consumers. Because if this isn’t fixed, I am going elsewhere to by my cashmere sweaters from now on.

Reversible?
April 24, 2021The blue is definitely darker than pictured and probably would have been great if it was, indeed, reversible. Unless you are prepared to do major surgery on a well-sewn tag, you would never reverse this sweater. Mine came “extra fuzzy” (meaning it will pill right away). Still it is soft and the look is classy-casual so I will enjoy wearing it as many times as I can before it looks ragged.

Soft and cozy, but pills a lot
March 23, 2021I love this sweater - it's incredibly soft and cozy. It does pill a ton at first, but seems to be slowing down after a few weeks.
