Side-button crewneck sweater in everyday cashmere

I love the neckline! I usually only wear v-neck but this one is perfect, it’s cut lower for a crew neck.

I got navy. The sides can be worn buttoned closed or open (like a slit) which made it fun to style when I wear closer fitting knits or bulkier oxford Under the sweater. The pink peeking out is just perfect, fun but still subtle. The weight is great during cool weather her in L. A. Or layered for even colder climate. Again love the weight this one will always be in my suitcase when I travel or sightsee and can’t be bothered with a bulky jacket.

The contrasting colors and Spring weight cashmere make this a great piece. The quality is in line with JCrew's everyday cashmere line HOWEVER, it is cut too oversized to be described as "semi fitted." I am 5'4" tall and 120lbs and to achieve the look seem by the model in the pic, I would likely have to size down to an XXS from my normal XS. Overall, the versatility and style (side buttons + color combination) are lovely, just size down for a sharper look.

Just received this sweater in the mail and was not sure if I needed a small or mediuim. I went with the medium, which is quite large. I may have to return it for a small as it seems too large. For reference, I am 5"5" and weigh 124. I wish my Costa Mesa store had this to try on beforehand.
