Sweatshirt with side slits

I ordered the blue version of this sweatshirt in small after trying on the xxs in black in store. I ordered the small for an oversized look and can comfortably layer button ups under with ease. I just recently ordered the grey on xs to achieve a more fitted look. Both are extremely soft and the zippers and side slit add a nice touch of sophistication to easily take this top from casual to something a little more. For reference I am 5'2 and 118lbs. I found the petite small and extra small be too tight in the shoulders so I ordered the regular sizes, which I found added a little extra length to the top and sleeves, but I liked the overall look.

This shirt is slightly small in the bust, even for an average gal. The slits on the side should have been stitched together lower to avoid showing skin. Despite these two criticisms I really like this top. I stitched the slits together myself about an inch in order to feel comfortable without something underneath. Very cute top to wear with jeans or black pants.

The cut is slimming without being tight; room enough for layering a shirt or turtleneck and the fabric isn't too sporty that it can't be dressed up a bit. I own both colors, wish it came in more!
