Bandeau one-piece swimsuit

After trying 4 other suits from j crew, I finally found the perfect one! I just wish I had tried this one first. Definitely order your normal clothes size... I tend to need the next size up with swimwear, but that was not the case with this one. I am large chested and this makes me feel secure even with the thin strap. Next summer I will order early so I have more color options. Must have!

Almost all of my bathing suits are from J. Crew. I usually buy suits with "D" cups, but lately they haven't fit so well. In fact, they were too big. I decided to try the regular bandeau and I really loved the fit. It offers a lot of support because of the boning in the sides. I also went out on a limb and bought a bright color. I receive a lot of compliments on the style and beautiful green color!

I ordered this swimsuit in the green and it's a gorgeous colour. Fits well and I can't wait to wear it on holiday in the South of France.

I ordered a pile of suits, and I truly thought this one would not make the cut. As it turned out, this is my favorite one I purchased. I ordered it in my dress size, and it fits perfectly. The underwire support is great for my D-cup breasts, and the removable halter strap boosts the support just enough. I ordered the navy, which is classic and flattering. It provides full coverage in the back, which is great for swimming lessons with my tot or playing with her at the neighborhood pool-- times when modesty seems most appropriate and practical. It's certainly not the sexiest suit at the pool (nor the most exciting) but it's exactly what I need for everyday life.
