Strappy underwire bikini top in twilight berry

I actually like this top. It’s very cute and the color is vibrant. The smocked back is interesting. I haven’t gone swimming with it yet so I don’t know how it’ll fare when wet. It is a bit hard to put on, but doesn’t bother me much. It does runs small. I’m glad I listened to other reviewers and went up in size.

I love JCrew underwire bikinis and have worn them for years. They usually only offer 1 underwire bikini top each season, so I bought it without looking closely at the design. I ordered size based on my measurements and it fits well overall. I LOVE how it looks from the front, but was surprised to find that **the back is a smocked style and does not have a clasp.** This means you cannot adjust the fit and it's a pain to put on. I wore it one time on my recent vacation and it was uncomfortable to drag it down my body into place, so much so that I opted to wear my older JCrew bikini top instead the rest of the trip--it's very loose but much easier to put on. For the life of me I cannot understand why they would design it this way--this top is stylish, but the pullover style is impractical to actually wear. I'm going to take it to a tailor to see if they can modify the back to have a clasp...

Slightly on the smaller size. I purchased 34B, my usual bra size and I’m spilling a little bit out of the cups. Maybe size up if in between sizes.

I am a true 34d. I could not get this around me! It fit like a 30B!!! Omg if you are a 34D order a 36 DD or E! And to put it is perspective I have implants so I KNOW my size!
