Cute but didn’t arrive what I ordered.
August 7, 2024I liked the design but it came with a missing pair of shoulder straps. I requested to send me the missing shoulder straps but it wasn’t possible somehow. A representative offered me to replace the item but it was out of stock. Lastly she offered me a refund. I accepted it but sad that I couldn’t get what I ordered.
