Tissue turtleneck in black Stewart tartan

I usually wear a small or med, the regular solid and stripes feel like cotton. The tartan is thin and does not stretch. It said it is cotton, but it feels like polyester thin. So the first one I bought was small too tight, then I had to buy a medium. Which fits perfect, but no give. The cotton is different. So I have a shirt that I cannot return. They should point out that it is not the same as the other tissue tees. Maybe call it “other cotton”. On this particular item they should accept a return, since so many reviews say they bought there normal size and it did not work all. Please accept our returns I don’t need two tartan shirts. After having read several other reviews and having ordered a medium last year which is my normal size, I felt comfortable going up a size to Large and it fits perfect. It’s a perfect layering piece or if you get warm inside during the winter, then the tissue turtleneck is for you. I love the tartan pattern!

Could not even get the shirt over my head. The opening at the top is super small. I can't even wear it!

First I bought this in my usual JCrew tissue turtleneck size--XXS. Yikes! I received something sized for a child. Customer Service came to the rescue with a free return label, so I tried again. The quality was excellent, and the colors vibrant and FUN for the holidays. This time I bought a size Small, and it fit great, like a size XXS usually fits me. It arrived AFTER Christmas, which wasn't as much fun, but hey, it's COVID, and the UPS and P.O. did the best they could. I had FUN FUN FUN wearing this festive holiday top.

So bright and beautiful! I love the “tight knit” form and smooth texture! The colors are gloriously vibrant and festive! The fit is perfectly tailored! The turtle neck is just the right amount of slouchy! I wore it more dressy on Christmas Eve with black pants and then layered it under a navy half zip today to run errands! I may have to buy a few more for backup!

What a great holiday shirt to dress up or down! Love the softness and it’s so comfortable!
