short and wide
August 11, 2022Thick cotton like the regular perfect-fit tees. Unlike those, the fit is short and wide. (Do not size up for a roomy fit as I did.)

runs short
January 4, 2022fabric is much nicer than the other shirts I ordered on Jcrew recently, but the shirt is surprising too short. It's true to size elsewhere but falls at the top of my jeans, not ideal.

Basic Tee
December 28, 2021My daughter loves these for under her hoodies. She is 11, wears a girls 14 or an xxs. It is harder than you would think to find a basic tee that’s not too precious for tweens.

Great shirt, but shrinks
December 20, 2021This was such a great shirt, until washing. Don't ever dry it or it will shrink to a baby size. I can't imagine myself line drying t-shirts forever. Shrinkage issues is a true sign of a cheap garment.

Old school in many ways
December 19, 2021This T-shirt reminds me of how T-shirts fit in the 90s, the early 90s, when your jeans hit at your natural waist (high) so shirts ended just past that, at the high hip, and no one saw your bra through your neckline when you bent over. Later in the 90s, waistbands dropped and so did T-shirt lengths, but now that high waists are back, it makes sense that this shirt would be "short." I'm 5'4" and this shirt length is perfect. It's not fitted in the sense that it's mostly straight cut, forgiving over my Mom belly, but it generally runs smaller than other Ts. I can take an S in the stretchier vintage Ts but a M in this style fit well.
