Cap-toe ankle boots in patent leather

I do love these patent boots, but I wish JCrew's shoes were still made in Italy or Spain. I know prices have increased throughout the industry making it difficult for brands to maintain their quality in manufacturing. How much would these boots be if they were not made in China?

These boots are a perfect red patent leather. They fit true to size, I wear a size 6. My only issue is I can’t zip them up. I keep putting them on & trying to zip them up while wearing them and it’s ridiculously hard! It shouldn’t take that kind of effort. I would love to keep them, but if I can’t zip them up, I’ll be returning them. !

Bought these because over the past few years I have bought the same style in navy patent and honey suede....and loved them! Although the look was very similar, the quality was not.....the size was also huge.....probably a size and a half bigger.These were imported, but not from the same places as my previous pairs. Unfortunately, the soles were synthetic and the linings nowhere near as soft ; also, the boots were neither as comfortable nor as good looking as the previous ones. Somewhat disappointed.
