Fits slightly big based on
5 customer reviewsWhat customers are saying:
These boots are getting lots of love for their rich snake-print leather, stylish square toe, and comfortable block heel, with customers saying they look polished and feel easy to wear. A few customers noted the fit runs roomy through the ankle and instep, so sizing down may help if you want a closer fit. Overall, they come across as a chic, walkable boot that stands out in a really flattering way.

Quality is nothing like the photo.
December 30, 2020I was so excited to get these boots, but what I just received looks shotty and cheap. The shaft of the boot is not as streamlined as the one you see in these pictures, and the leather covering the back zipper is warped and wavy--which explains why they didn't include a picture of the back of the boots. These look really poorly made, a huge disappointment.

Recommend BUT
December 30, 2020The other reviewers were right about the extra room around the ankle, BUT these are tight at the calf (on me, anyway, I have a muscular calf). The shoe is comfortable and the toe isn’t too narrow (an issue for me with some J Crew pointed-toe styles). I also bought the matching bag and these really look great with neutral-brown shades like beige or mushroom. The pattern is very clever and the leather is of good quality.

Snake Print Boot AQ746
October 19, 2020Beautiful boot, visually. Heel height is comfortable. I wear a 7m and I have a normal foot. Another review states the boot runs big. So, here’s my take on the boot as I wear them around the house...1. I think I would stick with a 7m because I don’t think sizing down “solves” the big feel of this boot. 2. The boot has a super big in-step and ankle, which has a lot of extra material there. I am concerned about this crinkling because there’s nothing there to fill it out. A thick sock is not going to do the job. It’s oddly cut super big there. 3. As a result of this, it gives the feeling of a boot that’s way too big (not in length, but instep and ankle). This is causing my foot to slip around everywhere when I walk. 4. I’m worried about future crinkling, my foot slipping everywhere, so not sure if I will keep it. It’s going to take a few more days of walking around the house in them. I don’t see how I can keep this and be happy with it for the long term. It’s cut wrong. 3 stars for cut.
