Sadie ankle boots in glitter

When I saw these shoes I knew I had to have them. They are so fun but with the classic shape, still totally wearable. The only thing I don't love is the height of the boot - it's a bit high and can rub against the shin, making these a little uncomfortable when worn for more than a few hours.

I didn't know how much I needed these glitter booties until I got them. I don't know how I ever lived without them. The heel is a great height, the leather underneath all of the fantastic glitter is so buttery, and they fit really nicely. They are also fantastically, ridiculously sparkly. I want to wear them with everything.

I was really excited to score these boots on sale as they'd previously sold out in my size. The color is listed as "Medal Bronze" so I was expecting a golden color. The photo on the site does look silver, however I assumed it was the lightening since the color clearly indicates they are bronze. They arrived today and they are clearly a bright silver. Don't get me wrong, they're nice, but I'm a gold girl. The color on the box is also completely different and reads "Silver Glitter." Why that wasn't the color on the actual website is beyond me. The name vs the true color is very misleading. Super bummed about returning because I was really excited to have a pair of glitter boots in my wardrobe, but I can't see myself wearing these.
