Uncomfortable
October 1, 2019These shoes are very uncomfortable. Sorry. I used them twice and I don’t think I can use them again I love JCrew shoes but not these shoes Please bring back the Kiki ballet. Kiki ballet are the best !!

September 21, 2019ordered these in usual size 7 which has never been an issue but were much too snug...returning and unlike previous reviewer, not sure I'd order the half size up or not...very pretty flat though....from photo I did think there was perhaps a bit of height.

Classy Black Suede Shoes!
August 29, 2019I was looking for a black pair of suede shoes for quite some time. When I saw these beautiful black suede shoes on J.Crew site, I knew I had to have them. I ordered my regular size 7. When they came, I was very excited because they are stunning except they run small - a half size small. I returned them to the store and just ordered them again in size 7 and a 1/2. The style and quality is excellent, and the fit is perfect once I sized up. Because I loved them so much, I also ordered a silver pair but this time in 7 and a 1/2 because they also run small. The silver shoes are gorgeous, stylish, and exquisite.

August 14, 2019I was looking for a flat to replace my old Ceces. These are perfect. I ordered my usual 8.5, which was snug at first, but broke in easily. This shoe has a perfect, simple shape, and the quality is great.

Disappointed
August 13, 2019I was so excited to finally find a pair of suede flats. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the box and was hit with an awful smell. The rubber soles emitted such a foul smell that I had to return the shoes. Next time please make them with a leather sole.
