Colette mule heels in metallic croc-embossed leather

These are my go-to dressy shoe without hesitation. The heel height is perfectly walkable and the strap ensures security. I have all the colors it's ever been offered in at J.Crew. I was hoping they would make red or burgundy this season. Maybe they're still on the list because there's still time before Christmas, J.Crew! Please keep making these like you did the Elsie back in the day. Suede would be nice too. Please and Thank you!

i don't know how people have been breaking these shoes. (were they running cross-country races in them?) mine have held up beautifully for months, and i have worn them repeatedly -- walking to parties in town, dancing, running up and down stairs, whatever. if they still had my size, i'd buy them again.

Note: I bought these on sale and for the price I paid they are good enough. I found these shoes to be very uncomfortable and the gold/croc is meh. I would pass on these if the price point if above $200. I will continue to wear these shoes but they aren't great.
