defective and still they won't grant me a exchange
October 12, 2021one thing is if your buy your size and you don't like them. but when you order your size and they run two size bigger and they are defective with toes loop huge they should be able to refund you or give you credit.

Cute sandals but runs slightly large
July 10, 2021This is my first time ordering shoes from JCrew and went with my normal size 8.5 but it was slightly too large. Didn’t like the extra lip at the back of the shoe. I have slender feet so the width was fine. Love the simplicity of the design. I’m returning, but sadly size 8 is already sold out so I won’t get to enjoy them!

Bad Quality
June 29, 2021I was super excited to receive these as the reviews were stellar. After trying them on I noticed that the stitching which connects the sewn edge of the straps was coming apart. I have other J Crew gladiators that I have worn every summer for years and they have held up so well, sadly it seems the quality of construction seems to have gone down.

LOVE THEM but....
June 13, 2021When I saw thse I had to have them and purchased them in black and brown. They are comfortable and stayed tied up which is GREAT! The only problem I am having is that the strings are losing their color, so that's unfortunate. I really like them so I will keep wearing and have them repaired when needed.
