Strap broke within first 5 steps
October 1, 2022I have many JCrew shoes I love, but these were a miss. I put them on and the back strap broke almost immediately (within my first few steps), rendering them useless. The leather literally split where the back strap was sewn to the side strap. They looked beautiful, felt comfortable and fit well, so I'm really bummed that there was a quality problem. I bought them on final sale so couldn't return them.

Weird, wasted money
July 1, 2022Purchased these as final so I’m stuck. The straps stick out at the ankle. They look cheap even though they say leather. So disappointed.

June 19, 2022These are totally ugly shoes. They look very very cheap. I bought them on a final sale. I will never wear them. Come on J crew. You can do better than this.
